📦 Shipping Policy

Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
• During festivals or peak seasons, processing may take slightly longer.

Delivery Time

• USA, Canada, India: Express shipping available (2–3 business days).
• Other International Orders: Delivery guaranteed within 5–8 business days.
• Shipping times may vary based on customs clearance and local courier services.

Shipping Charges

• Free Shipping on orders above $99 (before taxes and discounts).
• For orders below this threshold, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

Tracking

• Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
• You can also track your order via the “Track Order” page on our website.

🔄 Returns & Refunds Policy

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unused, with tags attached (if any), and in the original packaging with all accessories, inserts, and certificates (if any). A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

How to Start a Return (RMA Required)

1. Email: support@poojapathonline.com with your order number, reason, and clear photos/videos of the item and packaging (for damage/defect claims).
2. Time window:
   
   • Damaged/defective/wrong item: notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
   • Change of mind (eligible items only): request within 7 days of delivery.
3. If your return is approved, we’ll send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, a return label (if applicable), and packing instructions.
4. Items sent back without an approved RMA will not be accepted.

Return Address (provided in the RMA email)

We operate return hubs in Canada and India. You’ll receive the correct return address (Canada or India) with your RMA.

Please do not accept any returns to these hubs without an RMA—unidentified parcels may be refused.

Who Pays Return Shipping?

• We cover return shipping for approved cases of damage, defect, or wrong item.
• Customer covers return shipping for change-of-mind/size preference returns (where eligible).
• Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Packaging Rules for Fragile/Idol Items

For idols, frames, diyas, crystal/stone items, glass, and brass/copper ware:

• Reuse all original inner cushioning and outer box.
• Wrap the item in its original film/foam, then place in the inner carton, then the master carton.
• Returns arriving damaged due to insufficient packing may be rejected or partially refunded only.

Easy 7-Day Returns (Selected Items)

• Eligible Items may be returned within 7 days for store credit (lifetime validity) if unused, and with all tags intact (Certification if any).
• Returns will be rejected if any signs of used, wear, damage, perfume, marks, or tags removed/re-attached are detected.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate and make it right. Include unboxing photos/videos showing the outer carton and inner packing.

Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale)

For safety, purity, or customization reasons, the following cannot be returned:

• Pooja consumables: kumkum, haldi, chandan paste/powder, oils, camphor, dhoop, agarbatti, sambrani, havan samagri, ghee, honey, prasad/food items.
• Customized/personalized items (engraved/name-printed, made-to-order deity vastra, custom gift hampers).
• Digital/ritual services (e-Pooja, live Jaap, temple offerings once booked or performed).
• Hazardous/flammable materials.
• Gift cards and clearance/sale items marked Final Sale.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item (if eligible). Once approved, place a new order for the replacement. For damaged/defective cases, we may offer a like-for-like exchange when stock allows.

Refunds & Store Credit

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you the approval status.
• Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days (your bank/issuer may need extra time).
• You may choose store credit instead of a refund for faster reuse.
• Partial refunds may apply for missing parts, used items, or packaging damage.
• If it’s been 15+ business days since approval and you haven’t received funds, contact support@poojapathonline.com.

Refused / Undeliverable / Wrong Address

• Parcels refused, unclaimed, or undeliverable due to an incorrect address may be returned to us by the carrier.
• Upon receipt, we can reship (additional shipping fee applies) or refund minus original shipping and carrier return charges (if applicable). Consumables and festival-dated items may not be refundable.

International Orders & Customs

• Duties/taxes/clearance fees are customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable.
• If a parcel is returned due to unpaid customs, refunds will be net of original shipping and any carrier return fees.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off (Consumers in EU)

If your order ships into the EU, you have the right to cancel within 14 days without giving a reason (excludes non-returnable items listed above). Items must be unused, with tags, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Order Cancellations

• You may request cancellation before dispatch. If the order has shipped, please follow the Returns process.
• E-Pooja/Jaap bookings can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled service time; after that, they are non-refundable.
